Information we collect

When you submit a website form, we collect the details you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, vehicle, requested service, and message. Basic technical information may also be processed by our website host to operate and secure the site.

How we use your information

We use form information to respond to your inquiry, recommend a service, prepare an estimate, schedule work, and maintain normal business records. We do not sell website inquiry information.

Service providers

Our website uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase to store inquiry records, Resend to notify our team when a form is submitted, and Google Analytics to understand site traffic and completed inquiry forms. Advertising measurement may also record that an inquiry was completed after an ad visit. We do not send the name, phone number, email address, vehicle, or message entered in a form to Google Analytics or Google Ads. These providers process information under their own privacy and security terms.

How long information is kept

Inquiry information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, maintain business records, and resolve disputes. You may ask us to review or delete information you submitted, subject to any records we are required to keep.
